About GOH life
GOH life is a total package concept that has different goal-oriented lifestyle programs. You will be guided by the entire team which exists of personal trainers, nutritionists and physiotherapists. GOH life offers you all these services in one package. With the careful supervision of our medical professionals, we offer customized workouts, personal nutrition plans, regular health check-ups, cooking workshops and educational seminars for lasting results.
Goal-oriented small group training
GOH life programs are developed for small groups with a maximum of 8 people. You train a minimum of three times a week, each session focused on your personal goals. Depending on these goals and results, you can transfer to different GOH life programs to continue your personal development.
Our GOH personal training program lets you train one-on-one with a personal trainer. Being able to have the maximum amount of personal attention will allow you to achieve your goals in the quickest possible way.
It is possible to also register for one of our additional lessons such as GOH kickfit, GOH yoga, GOH get fit.
