Training and sport nutrition
Exercise is important but without the right nutrition you will not achieve your desired results. Our sport nutritionist reviews your current eating patterns and adjusts where needed to create a personalized nutrition plan. In this plan, we consider your pre-workout and post-workout meals. We advise a protein-filled diet in combination with good complex carbohydrates. The correct nutrition, combined with specific supplements such as branch amino acids and ZMA ensure muscle increase and recovery after an intense workout.

Strength training
You will be guided by a personal trainer and train in a small group with a maximum of 8 people that have a similar goal. Training together keeps you motivated and you always have a spot buddy! The training’s are done in a split method; one session you work on your upper body and the following session will be a leg day. In this manner, you apply more emphasis in muscle groups belonging to one section of the body, which intern facilitates more growth.

All  muscle groups are targeted and trained in a variety of exercises to ensure maximum stimulation. We monitor your technique, posture and intensity to make sure you are training effectively without any injuries. Nutrition

Perhaps you will lose weight in the beginning, however, your fat percentage will decrease and your muscle mass will increase. Seeing as muscle weighs more than fat, you should expect to gain a couple of kilos.

After your intake with our nutritionist (40 minutes) and reviewing your food diary, we will develop a personalised nutritional plan for you. By taking your current eating pattern, preferences and lifestyle into consideration, we can provide you with a plan that accommodates you and is feasible.
What does a health check-up mean?
This is a check-up with your nutritionist, you will be weighed and your muscle and fat percentage will be measured. You will discuss your results, progress and have time to set new goals for the coming weeks. A check-up takes 20 minutes and takes place monthly.

We mainly work with natural products and healthy foods with the correct nutritional value. However, GOH get strong is aimed at increasing muscle mass so we encourage you to eat high quality protein foods and correct carbohydrates. We will also advise you on supplements such as protein shakes, branch amino acids and vitamins for optimal recovery after training.

Healthy food contributes to more than 80% of your results in weight loss and keeping fit. Try out our Personal Meal Plan. It’s not a diet. We make delicious, fresh meals and simply pay attention to portion sizes, frequency, calorie intake and variation. From breakfast to dinner and snacks, customized to fit your health goals.

Exercise

You can take part in our GOH get strong work-outs a maximum of 4 times per week. Additional classes such as yoga, stretch, cardio and mindfulness are also available weekly.

No, GOH is not a regular gym, we are a health concept. To be able to ensure results and safety, we only give small group training sessions under guidance of our personal trainer.

With our GOH app you book your own workouts, health check-ups, seminars and workshops. You can reserve 8 days in advance and cancel up to an hour before start of the workout. Is a workout full? Register on the waiting list and get a message as soon as somebody has cancelled.

The trainings are developed by physical therapists and personal trainers who have extensive experience with strength training. We provide training for a specific purpose in mind: to get strong and athletic. We offer careful guidance for the proper technique to prevent injuries. Each training session is different. Thus, we achieve a continuous effect and stimulate the muscle fibers repeatedly.

Yes, our skilled personal trainers and physiotherapists are able to customize a training session for you to accommodate your restrictions. For more detailed questions, tips or treatment, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with the GOH physiotherapist.
