Training and sport nutrition
Exercise is important but without the right nutrition you will not achieve your desired results. Our sport nutritionist reviews your current eating patterns and adjusts where needed to create a personalized nutrition plan. In this plan, we consider your pre-workout and post-workout meals. We advise a protein-filled diet in combination with good complex carbohydrates. No need to worry about what you need to eat or which exercises you should be doing – just commit to our program and the results will follow.

Fit together
Our GOH get toned program starts off with an intake with our dietitian. We will ask you about your eating pattern, exercise pattern and sport experience. When we have an understanding of what your personal setbacks have been, we then create a personalized nutrition plan for you. You will be coached by your nutritionist and with a personal trainer, train in a small group with a maximum of 8 people that have a similar goal. Training together keeps you motivated and the atmosphere enjoyable.

Nutrition

Yes, expect a maximum weight loss of 5 kg. Your fat percentage will decrease and your muscle mass will increase. Muscle weighs more than fat, therefore the scales will not show a significant drop in weight.

After your intake with our nutritionist (40 minutes) and reviewing your food diary, we will develop a personalised nutritional plan for you. By taking your current eating pattern, preferences and lifestyle into consideration, we can provide you with a plan that accommodates you and is feasible.

No, we only work with natural products and healthy foods with the correct nutritional value. Only in certain cases do we recommend to use supplements. GOH get toned is aimed at increasing tone so we encourage you to eat high quality protein foods and the right kind of carbohydrates.

Healthy food contributes to more than 80% of your results in weight loss and keeping fit. Try out our Personal Meal Plan. It’s not a diet. We make delicious, fresh meals and simply pay attention to portion sizes, frequency, calorie intake and variation. From breakfast to dinner and snacks, customized to fit your health goals.

This is a contact moment with your nutritionist, you will be weighed and your muscle and fat percentage will be measured. You will discuss your results, progress and have time to set new goals for the coming weeks. A coaching session is 20 minutes and takes place on a monthly basis.

Exercise

You can take part in our GOH get toned work-outs maximum 3 times per week. You can follow additional classes such as GOH yoga, kickfit and GOH get fit with our unlimited training package worth €29 per month.

Nee, GOH is geen reguliere sportschool, wij zijn een health concept. Om resultaat en veiligheid te garanderen geven we de trainingen in kleine groepjes onder begeleiding van een personal trainer.

With our GOH app you book your own workouts, coaching sessions, weighing moments and workshops. You can reserve 8 days in advance and cancel up to 4 hrs before the start of the class. If a session is full? Register on the waiting list and get a message as soon as somebody cancels.

Our team of personal trainers and physiotherapists have developed this training program together using their expertise, knowledge and a huge amount of care and consideration. Our personal trainers carefully guide you in each exercise to prevents injuries. Every workout is different to keep your muscle fibres stimulated for a continuous effect.

Yes, our skilled personal trainers and physiotherapists are able to customize a training session for you to accommodate your restrictions. For more detailed questions, tips or treatment, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with the GOH physiotherapist.

In het verleden was ik al lid geweest van een sportschool maar dat was niet echt een succes.  Nu ga ik gemiddeld drie keer per week sporten en dat gaat me makkelijk af.
