Successfully lose weight at GOH
Our GOH weight loss program starts off with an intake with our nutritionist. We weigh you and measure you to determine your body composition, discuss your eating patterns and investigate how the weight gain occurred. Together with your dietitian, you determine your goals and create an action plan. Afterwards, you will receive your personal nutritional plan and get booked in for a follow-up consult. And now you are ready to start your exercise program.

Train Together
GOH lose weight is developed for fat burning, endurance improvement and to strengthen muscles. You will be coached by a personal trainer and train in a small group with a maximum of 8 people with similar goals. Training together keeps you motivated and makes the atmosphere enjoyable.

Nutrition

Training 3 times a week and sticking to your nutritional plan will lead to losing 0,5 kg a week. This is a responsible way of losing weight.

After your intake with our nutritionist (40 minutes) and reviewing your food diary, we will develop a personalised nutritional plan for you. By taking your current eating pattern, preferences and lifestyle into consideration, we can provide you with a plan that accommodates you and is feasible.

No, we only work with natural products and healthy foods with the correct nutritional value. Only in certain cases do we recommend to use supplements.

Healthy food contributes to more than 80% of your results in weight loss and keeping fit. Try out our Personal Meal Plan. It’s not a diet. We make delicious, fresh meals and simply pay attention to portion sizes, frequency, calorie intake and variation. From breakfast to dinner and snacks, customized to fit your health goals.

This is a contact moment with your nutritionist – you will be weighed and your muscle and fat percentage will be measured. You will discuss your results, progress and have time to set new goals for the coming weeks. A coaching moment takes 20 minutes and takes place on a monthly basis. However, we recommend you to pop in for the weekly weighing moments at GOH.

Exercise

You can take part in our GOH lose weight training’s maximum 3 times per week. You can follow additional classes such as GOH yoga, kickfit and GOH get fit with our unlimited training package worth €29 per month.

No, GOH is not a regular gym, we are a health concept. To be able to ensure results and safety, we only give small group training sessions under guidance of our personal trainer.

With our GOH app you book your own workouts, coaching sessions, weighing moments and workshops. You can reserve 8 days in advance and cancel up to 4 hrs before the start of the class. If a session is full? Register on the waiting list and get a message as soon as somebody cancels.

A session is a combination of strength and cardio training. This way you use different muscle groups that makes you burn more calories and lose weight quicker. Our team of personal trainers and physiotherapists have developed this training program together using their expertise, knowledge and a huge amount of care and consideration. Every day is different so therefore every workout is as well. We guarantee you will be challenged during each and every session.

Yes, our skilled personal trainers and physiotherapists are able to customize a training session for you to accommodate your restrictions. For more detailed questions, tips or treatment, we encourage you to schedule an appointment with the GOH physiotherapist.

Na 5 maanden lid te zijn geweest heb ik mijn lidmaatschap opgezegd omdat ik weer naar Afrika vertrek voor mijn werk.
