GOH helps seniors be active and fit in a professional environment. We combine nutritional advice and exercise in small group with peers. Experience the fun of being active together and staying in shape.

Personal guidance
Our service starts with an extensive intake. During the first appointment with our physiotherapist, you will fill in a questionnaire and we will measure your body composition. By taking our fitness test, we will understand your movement capacity and your possible limitations.

Together we will set goals. Every month we hold a food seminar that is focused on seniors and the right nutrition you should eat to prevent diseases and physical complaints. Our personal trainers and physiotherapists have developed a method for you to train that is safe and allows you to exercise in a controlled environment. During the training session, we monitor you closely to ensure you use the right technique so we minimize the risk of injuries. By going to the gym on a weekly basis you will start to feel more energized and notice that you function better on a day to day basis. FAQ

Nutrition

If you train three times a week and follow our nutrition advice, you can lose 0,5 kg per week. This does depend on your general health and your movement capability.

During our seminars, we will make you aware of what your body needs at this age. We will provide tips on how to break the cycle of poor eating patterns and habits and teach you what healthy alternatives are.

Exercise

You can take part in our GOH stay young work-outs a maximum of 3 times per week. Additional classes such as yoga, stretch and cardio are also available weekly.

With our GOH app you book your own workouts, health check-ups/seminars and workshops. You can reserve 8 days in advance and cancel up to an hour before start of the workout. Is a workout full? Register on the waiting list and get a message as soon as somebody has cancelled.

A session is a combination of strength and cardio training. This way you use different muscle groups that makes you burn more calories and lose weight. Our team of personal trainers and physiotherapists have developed this training program together using their expertise, knowledge and a huge amount of care and consideration. Every day is different so therefore every workout is as well. We guarantee you will be challenged during every session.
