The concept
At GOH concept we combine fun with a varied training session, regular health checks, active coaching and nutritional advice. We monitor your results and help you achieve your goals in a responsible manner. Your personal trainer is not only your coach and motivator but also your lifestyle mentor if needed.

How it works
We start off with a personal intake appointment (without any further obligations). Meeting you personally and discussing your situation allows us to figure out which personal trainer fits best with your personality, goals, expectations and agenda. If you decide to proceed, we schedule an appointment with the nutritionist so that we can develop an action plan to improve on your eating pattern. After three weeks, you will follow up and have a check-up with the nutritionist to review your progress so far.

Do you have injuries or Physical complaints
If  you have a medical condition or previous history of injuries but would still like to work on your fitness goals or lose weight, then we would advice you to train with our Physio-personal trainer. Our physiotherapists adjust your trainings depending on the level of your injury or disability. For other questions, tips or treatment, contact us.

Train At Home

Train at home

You are too busy and limited on time to go to the gym or simply enjoy the pleasure of training at your own home. GOH personal offers you a unique solution: Our personal trainers will  train you at any desired location. During your lunch break at work, outside in the park or at your home. We offer a complete package with one-on-one training, nutritional advice and frequent health check-ups to monitor your progress. We do charge an additional cost of €20 to cover travelling costs and extra VAT.

Physio-personal Training

Physio-personal training

You have an injury or physical impairment but would still like to lose weight or work on your fitness goals. In this program we can offer the right medical support that allows you to keep exercising consistently without provoking the physical complaints and support you with rehabilitation. Your GOH physiotherapist will guide you as your personal trainer and help you reach your goals in a safe manner.

Partner Training

Partner training

Train together with your partner, friend or colleague and achieve results together! This is a great way to stay motivated and make exercising more fun. You still experience the benefits of a personal training session such as attention and a more effective workout but with lesser costs. Exercising with a partner and achieving results together can be extremely satisfying.

Nooitgedacht om zoveel verschil te zien na 15 weken – 10 kilo afgevallen (30 personal training sessies). GOH heeft goede professioneel trainers. Daarnaast is de rest van het team ook super vriendelijk en ging ik echt elke week weer met zin naar GOH. De afspraken bij de diëtist om mijn vooruitgang te meten waren super motiverend en het was leuk om te leren welke voeding goed past bij mijn levensstijl. Alles bij elkaar zeker een aanrader!
