In 2014 I decided to study again and this time it more about fitness and the body (my first diploma is in Tourism) and since then never stopped. I attained my Fitvak A and B diploma in 2015 then shortly after completed the Funxtion – Move –It! An education focused on functional training. Feeling the need to deepen my knowledge in 2016, I became a certified NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) Personal Trainer. My most recent study was the Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training at the Amsterdam Nieuwe YogaSchool.

In the past two years that I have been giving boot camps, circuit trainings, personal trainings and yoga classes, I didn’t just learn a lot about the body and coaching, but I also found my goal in life. Helping people to reach their best potential and to feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. What I love about working at GOH is that I get to combine all these aspects to help people towards a happier and healthier lifestyle!

In my free time, I love to try out new things to broaden my knowledge and to keep life exciting. Whether it’s a new workout, a dance, a healthy recipe or new destination I will go and try it usually with one of my friends to keep my social life just as active as I am!
